Very unprofessional service, wasted my precious time, when transferred my money no instructions were given just a blank email with receipts, I was traveling abroad and in real need of money but their customer service was not helpful.
I am still stuck with them.their exchange rates are not competitive at all.
I have raised the matter with their support team .they did not even acknowledge my email.
I will never use ria again.
This is a fraud company, they show very exchange rate and collect all your data and ID, financial documents. But reject the transaction. They sell your data for profit.

I have used RIA transfer for more than seven years. There was never a complaint. I am very satisfied.
